onebodychurch, a family of people from all nationalities, cultures, and walks of life, coming together as one in fellowship with Christ. Sharing, caring, and giving to one another in brotherly love. As reflected in 1 Corinthians 12:20, we are many members yet one body. We exist to give God glory.

To impact the community in Douglasville, GA and the surrounding communities, with our one love, one truth, one family commitment, and to win souls for God and for them to join us in our passion for worship and ministering the gospel.

• Make God first and love everyone as Christ loves us.
• Make prayer the highest priority of the church, and become a house of prayer for all nations.
• Effective preaching and teaching of the Word of God.
• A spirit of excellence in all that we do
• Identify and develop individuals whom God has called and given leadership gifts and challening them to become servant-leaders.
• Equip and train ministers, leaders, and individuals to share the truth of the gospel.
• Nurture and develop our children and youth in biblical truth.
• Grow our membership and to fellowship with one another.
• Gahter regularly as the local expressionof the Body of Christ to participate in worship that exalts God, engages the heart, mind and soul, and challenges to deeper commitment and discipleship.
• Intentionally reach the unconverted, sharing the Gospel of Jesus, and leading them to unite with the church.
• The challenge of being a church that genuinely cares for one another and for those who are lost, hurting and in need.
• Reaching out to others in the Body of Christ for collaboration, resource sharing, learning opportunities, and to build relationships with like-minded and like-hearted churches in our community to work together to reach the lost.

• In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.
• In one God eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead, and he ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of the Father as our intercessor.
• That all have sinned and fall short of glory of God.
• That salvation comes by faith in Jesus Christ.
• In being set free from sin through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Spirit.
• Holiness to be God's standard of living for His people.
• In the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
• In the Gifts of the Spirit, given by God as he wills and accompanied by love.
• In water baptism, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
• In divine healing.
• In the Lord's supper.
• In the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
• In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.
